Reading Water Fest
11:00am to 5:00pm
Forbury Gardens

Reading Borough Council and The Kennet & Avon Canal Trust are working together once again and hope you can join us for what we hope will be a very enjoyable day!

The event will run from the Forbury Gardens, along the Kennet between Chestnut Walk and the Riverside Museum. It will consist of live entertainment, children’s activities and refreshments, water activities, narrow boats, craft and charity stalls.

If your charity or community organisation would like to join us, please email Lucy at lucy.burgess@reading.gov.uk. There is no fee to take part but you will need to bring your own tables and chairs. We allow a maximum 12 ft. frontage for each charity organization. You are able to bring pagodas which will provide shelter from sun or rain but we do ask you to advise us of measurements to help us with planning the site layout.

We do expect demand to be high, so if you would like to attend I would be grateful if you could complete the online application form by Monday 6 May 2013. If you would like any further information, please contact Lucy Burgess on 0118 937 2771.
