(FULL) Costing your services
9:30am to 1:45pm
RNN Office, 5 Queens Walk, READING, RG1 7QF   >> map

Do you want to market your services to new audiences? Do you know what you would charge commissioners or individuals for the services you offer?

The “market place” is changing for voluntary groups – this workshop will help you to be ready to promote your services to new customers who would pay for them.

You might run a healthy eating course, an exercise class for older people or a mentoring scheme for young people trying to get employment. The workshop will look at how you can calculate the unit costs of what you do, and will cover:
- Defining your service
- Overheads and direct costs
- Allocating or apportioning the costs
- Considering any tax implications

This workshop is now full. Please contact Sarah Morland (sarah.morland@rva.org.uk) if you would like to go on a reserve list.
